she revels in the fact that he can't keep his eyes off her ; it's not for the reasons she might have liked, surprise as opposed to the way that he'd looked at her once upon a time - but she'll take what she can get.

aika leans over the counter a little more, cleavage on full display, but that's exactly the point isn't it? she doesn't do anything by accident - every move she makes, every word she speaks is calculated, planned ; her ' stumbling ' upon the shop was no mere accident, but she'll play it off as such.

"being nice is all the time sounds so boring," she drawls, "you might not have even spared me a second glance if i'd been all soft and sweet, you always seemed to like it when i ran my mouth." lips curl into the softest of smirks, like she's remembering something from their time together.

it's perhaps one of the hardest questions he's had to answer ; not because it's painful in the typical sense, but more because he'd never even thought he'd get this far in his life, yanno? orphaned by the age of ten, forced to live on the fucking streets with his brother after leaving their foster home ; fights upon fights that takeshi shouldn't have walked away from as easily as he did. as far as the blond was concerned, he should've fuckin' died years ago. he'd never planned for the future properly because he never thought he'd live a day past eighteen and yet here he was at twenty-five, still alive and kicking.

it's a weird spot to be in because now he really does have to start looking toward the future ; what does he want for himself? for this budding relationship of theirs? takeshi knows damn well that if he doesn't get out of gang life ( a detail that even now, he's still not told sasuke ) then it'll kill him, he fuckin' knows it. but how do you leave the only life you've ever known? that right there is a question that takeshi's been avoiding for a while now, continues to avoid it even now and instead, shifting to lay on his side with a soft smile on his face as he looks at sasuke properly.

a future - not just any future, but theirs. what does takeshi want for the two of them? what does he see when he thinks about ten years from now? would sasuke still be by his side then? fuck - he hopes so, really fuckin' hopes so. but his hope is quiet and small, like if he ponders on it for too long then he risks jinxing it.

"s'pose we could do anythin' we wanna do." and it's not that he's trying to half-ass the answer, it's the honest truth. for someone who has been denied freedom to do what he wanted from such a young age, there's nothing more that takeshi wants other than the freedom to choose for himself - if he gets to share that with sasuke then he's only all too happy to have the other tag along for the ride.

"--maybe we'll get rich an' buy a waterfront mansion, yeah? i could start up a photography business an' ya can be my sexy lil' assistant. i'd have ya only wearin' the bare minimum - ain't no one allowed ta look but me though. " a joke, clearly - but hey, doesn't sound like a bad idea in takeshi's books.

"--think i'd be happy with jus' about anythin' we did." he says after a moment of silence, looking a little more serious than he had at the start of the conversation. "so long as we did it together, yeah?"

he's always on the move, yanno? doesn't know how to sit still for the life of him - and sure, he could try, but then his mind starts running wild with thoughts, those type of thoughts, and he realizes that stopping, even for a second, would do more harm than good. it doesn't help, takeshi thinks, that seunghyun's been keeping him extra busy, like he's trying to make sure that takeshi doesn't have the time nor the energy to see sasuke, let alone talk to him.

he barely notices the hand reaching out for him, just walking past and minding his own business as he does but damn, it sure catches him off guard when he's tugged down, landing in sasuke's lap with a small " oof! "

and maybe, if exhaustion hadn't well and truly settled in, he would have fought it - protested - that there was too much to be done, he could rest when he's damn well dead! but sasuke has one hell of a hold on him and takeshi? god, he just melts against his lover and buries his face against sasuke's shoulder. he doesn't have it in him to fight, not when this is the closest thing to relaxation that he's had in days.

he stares down at him for a moment, like she's unsure of what's going on - how to react. it's not as though she's not affectionate with him, not as though she completely ignores him and leaves him utterly touch-starved.

so why, she wonders to herself, has he all but trapped her on the couch, sprawled across her lap like he's some sort of. . . lap dog?

" are you having fun down there? " she coos softly, even goes so far as to run her fingers through his hair ; because even aika wasn't completely incapable of doting on someone.
