Finished my fan art 3D model of Crow today! I might work on him a bit more in the future but for now I call this project done!
I am a big fan of the way the characters were designed for "The Sea Beast" on Netflix ( 2022 ) - particularly Captain Crow - so I wanted to

Sculpted myself a 3D bust of Crow for old man yaoi reference
THE SEA BEAST x SEONG & GWI-MA • CROSSOVER
After Seong’s entire crew was killed by a ferocious beast and his ship destroyed at the end of a long battle, Captain Crow took him in and made him part of his own, giving him new life on the Inevitable. Beneath his initial gratitude, Seong experiences immense guilt over his shameful survival, finding that he should’ve died alongside the crew he was partial to - and die a great death - as the Hunter’s Code demands.
Eventually, a voice from the deep calls out to him and draws him into the water, away from Crow, to offer him said great death and join those he lost, and his already weakened mind could not resist the temptation. He drowns, and Crow is left to assume he’s lost Seong forever.
Seong however finds himself waking up aboard another ship and a crew once lost to him, led by someone more peculiar and magnetizing than anyone he’s ever met - Gwi-Ma, a captain more beast than man - and soon he realizes that this might not be the afterlife he expected. Gwi-Ma is notorious and feared among every hunter, akin to Gwen Batterby and her dark arts, but more ancient, and less human. He is the father of all beasts, and as such he ravages the seas like a storm to draw in hunters and twist their souls as punishment for hunting down his children, selling their bodies and displaying them in their golden halls. Seong joined him in the deep that fateful day, and now he finds himself walking a line between the Dead and the Living, between Beast and Human, never quite one or the other, and he serves his new captain as a loyal first commander. He got his crew back… - but in return he gave away himself. And Gwi-Ma wants more - for his massive fleet of dark ships and lost souls.
Eventually, Gwi-Ma learns that Crow - his mortal enemy - has found himself a son - and driven by his anger and his grief over the loss of so many of his children by Crow’s hand he plans on stealing the human boy from him.
Gwi-Ma senses opportunity as he is aware of Seong’s deep connection with Crow - so he commands Seong to go to him as if he returned back from the Dead after all those years - just to smoothly infiltrate his crew and steal away young Jacob Holland. But will Seong be able to perform the task that was given to him, or does his reunion with Crow rekindle some of the humanity still left in him? Will he manage to soothe the destructive, seemingly endless rivalry between Crow and the Hunters and Gwi-Ma? Will Crow find out about Seong‘s true intentions, and that the man he thinks came back to him is still a dead man after all, if not worse than dead?
Got back into The Sea Beast & this guy specifically.
Manifesting news on the sequel this year!
