my favorite female character - Known to shift depending on my mood, but currently Kira! She’s just really sweet and thoughtful but also nerdy (all the research she printed!! queen) and won’t back down from a fight. I also love Lydia & Allison. <3

my favorite male character - Scott by a country mile, though I also have a lot of love for Mason. Scott just cares so much and it’s evident in everything he does—how understanding he is with Liam in all of s4, the way he instantly empathizes with the bio teacher in 6x18, his relationship with Deaton and his job (let him be a vET dangit), the way he believes people can change and then they aCTUALLY DO??? I love him.

my favorite book/season/etc - Almost no one is going to agree with me on this but s4. It falls apart around ep 10 (why did they spend so much time building up Scott’s fear of becoming a monster & hurting his friends only to focus the finale on his friends killing him? why on earth was the benefactor plot totally unrelated to the berserker plot? why didn’t we see Scott’s dad find out about the supernatural before sending him packing?), but honestly it still has some of my fave pack dynamics, the build-up itself works even if the pay off doesn’t, and there’s a lot of quieter scenes that I appreciate.

my favorite episode (if its a tv show) - Mmmm I think I have more fave moments than fave eps but, Frayed (3x05), The Girl Who Knew Too Much (3x09), Letharia Vulpina (3x19), The Benefactor (4x04), Face-to-Faceless (6x14), and The Wolves of War (6x20).

my favorite ship - Scott/Kira, Scott/Allison, Mason/Corey.

a character I’d die defending - Scott, Deaton, and Braeden. Particularly Scott, as he’s the MC of the show and yet despite seeing plenty of TW fandom content for years I didn’t even know he existed prior to watching and that is, uh. Something.

a character I just can’t sympathize with - Peter because his redemption arc is all over the place (s4 did him zero favors but also, neither did s2 or s6 by bringing him back w zero consequences) and Nazi wolf who they didn’t even try to make a character. Though given their track record if they had, they probably would’ve aimed for “sympathetic nazi” and no one wants that.

a character I grew to love - Lydia! Partially because she suffers severely from Male Gaze Camera and Male Gaze Writing in s1 especially, but I love who she was allowed to grow into by s3.

my anti otp - Sterek, less bc I care about the ship itself and more because I care about overarching fandom trends and apathetic racism through the exclusion of poc.

YOU’RE GETTING TEN, HARPER. How could I ever keep myself to 5 after like more than half a decade of beautiful work??

1. Kill and Run ~ Dallison. I have been so obsessed with this specific post since the ver first time I saw it. I have no idea how you made both gifs so perfect, so that you could clearly see both parts without obscuring either too much WHILE ALSO adding text and having such beautiful color contrast. That second gif in particular ended me. Made me never able to think of anything else when I hear this song! 

2. Orange and green s1. These are my two favorite colors and I so, so rarely see them together, especially done this well? Like I would have the urge to supersaturate something like this, but it looks so balanced and soft in this set. AND EVERYONE WAS BABIES. Wonderful.

3 and 4. Kira/Parrish one and two. This ship is 100% your fault. That first set in iconic Teen Wolf blue and orange with one of my favorite dramatic clutch your heart emote kinds of songs? That second showing off their dual badass/cutie natures? You literally lit a fire in me (lol) for this ship and I love them so, so much.

5. Mahealahey lyric request. The way you picked out these scenes and put them together just worked so well? That third gif is going to live in my heart forever. This particular ship fandom is built entirely on the creativity and talent of the fans and this is such an amazing contribution.

6. Sciles/TenRose parallel gifs. IF I WAS IN THE CLUB I’D BE CRYING IN THE CLUB RIGHT NOW. as it is we’re social distancing and I’m CRYIN ALONE IN MY BED. I’ll be honest, I didn’t even know I had TenRose emotions left in my body, but this dragged them up and shook them around.

7. Jydia “The Most” lyrics. I can’t let go of these two, no matter what context it’s in. You really did this hug justice as one of my favorite Teen Wolf moments (that look on Colton’s face???) and the lyrics fit so perfectly to the moments you chose to gif. Really gorgeous, clean gifs, too, which. How?? In this lighting??

8. Kali/Melissa graphic. ANOTHER ship you personally put in my head that I haven’t let go of since, like I straight up got emotional when picking a tag for them and that’s on you. I love the subtle palette and especially that top right panel. It’s just like the whole thing is more evocative of a mood between them than giving us any particular moment and I love that?!

9. Allison/Brett graphic. ONE MORE for the ‘oh my god how is this a ship, but how is this NOT a ship, also?!’ pile that you keep stacking onto me. I love the effect on the top left and bottom right and the colors and textures you chose were so beautiful.
