Imperial theatre is very nice, not too crazy big, and 🪑i think this was definitely an orchestra kinda show. I had a view sitting in the orchestra, and was in one of the first 7 rows (if you know then you know🙈) I felt very close to the actors and had a very good view of the stage. Nothing less or more to say!📘Don’t ask me what chess is fully about cause all i’m gonna say is chess, failed romance, and mental illness. It’s really the 🎵Music that makes the show what it is. Some songs are skips but the ones that aren’t skips TRULY ARENT 🗣️❤️along with the vocals omg, as much as i will forever HATE lea michelle she did have a killer voice (i swear i could sense the racism no i am not joking i actively hate her) Everyone who was nominated for their tony DESERVED that nomination fair and square (thank you aaron tveit for being sexy as well) 👗the costumes didn’t really stick out to me, plain kinda boring wanna be business modern day outfits DESPITE it being a show that takes place in the 80’s…💃 the dance would be a 7/10 cause there are some VERY intense cool dance moments but ima give it an extra point for one night in bangkok. all i need to say. 🎨the stage was semi accessible, questionable visuals but the stairs looked fun… ‼️overall: 7/10. it wasn’t the worst show i’ve seen, wouldn’t pay more than original intention but i get the hype ish. wasn’t my favorite in the season i saw though you’ll see (bonus story: 🚪stayed at stage for an hour just for only person to come out…)
