i’m sooooo tired of chess fans who think they’re better than everyone because they prefer the original london or original broadway productions over the current one !!! and i say that as someone who LOVES Judy Kuhn’s Florence.

hating on nicholas christopher for his choice to hold out the note longer in endgame (and claiming he isn’t acting when that show is HEAVY on his damn shoulders) or discrediting aaron tveit for having the key lowered for pity the child isn’t cute!!!

you’re allowed to not like the current production, as there are obviously some flaws, but to completely disregard all the work the entire cast and crew has put in is bonkers !!
