Becky & I made New Years Eve dinner! Garlic Butter seared T-Bone steak, goat cheese mashed potatoes, malt vinegar & maple roasted carrots & Brussels sprouts, with homemade rolls, and bourbon maple infused pan sauce. We worked together seamlessly & easily on the whole meal which was as delicious as you’d expect!!! And we washed it down with Champagne splashed with Chambord black raspberry liqueur!!! It was a lovely way to see out 2017.
