Vidiot Override presents: Reversed Reviews. Concept: We watch movies backwards to create whole new plots, coming up with crazy storylines along the way. Like having a movie about an assassin killing bad guys become a heart warming story about a healer resurrecting people. Theme: No matter when these movies came out, we will degrade the quality to give them a retro look, as if we're rewinding a VHS tape. Goal: To create something new out of something old. To look at preexisting properties with fresh eyes. To discover things about our favourite movies that most would've never thought to look for. This is how 2020 is looking so far exhibition wise.. I’m showing at Schmuck in Munich this year with a group of Irish jewellers and smiths, I’m showing with @steinbeisserorg In CODA in the Netherlands in a group show. I have a 2 person show with Abridged in August in the Verbal Arts Centre In Derry then onto Galway as part of the Tulca festival. What Colour is Metal is a group show of metalsmiths at the National Gallery of Craft and Design at Kilkenny and I’m also really pleased to be sending @pragmata_gallery some pieces to show in Japan. So looking pretty busy .. The @newcraftsmangallery in St.Ives continues to support by work and holds a collection of my objects and jewellery.
