A fun little challenge by @actionjacquelyn which encourages us to @getstretchy 😊 Today is Downward Facing Dog, Adho Mukha Svanasana, and the theme is New Perspectives, specifically from the perspective of love! I LOVE down dog and all of its variations! I can look you in the eye (perhaps not during this pose🤣) when I say I truly look at everything (99% of the time!!) with the perspective of love. Life is hard enough without bashing everything & everyone! When you speak with love, compassion, happiness, optimism & gratitude, EVERYTHING just feels better! You feel better, everyone around you feels better, life just seems less stressful & complicated. I was in the DMV last week for 5 1/2 hours (yeah you read that right!) and I made so many new friends! We laughed out loud, told stories, I even tested an older lady on her written driving test! I have spoken about perspective from time to time, how a close up view can look differently than a view taken from a few steps back. Not only does this apply to life, but to crystals as well! Here we have a very close up side view of a large smoky Elestial. The next picture shows the same crystal from a foot away at a different angel, and the final photo is one I have posted before of me attempting to hold the Elestial in my lap. They are all the same crystal, but each looks so different.
