Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and place them in a greased baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, feta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, pressing down to ensure each piece is coated. Bake the bread pudding for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. While the bread pudding is cooking, grill the sliced peaches until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
