Terrariums V1 Drops in Terrific Style
Axie Infinity launched Terrariums V1 on June 17, 2026, swapping out Homeland for a new land system. Players aren’t too happy though. Some say the game's land system isn't fair to those without lands . Others point out that playing for free doesn’t offer much fun or perks . Plus, there’s a grumble about not getting enough info on what's changing in the game .

Art Direction
The savanna is all warm and sandy. But then you step into these lush green fields that just make everything feel fresh. The Axies themselves are so cute with their big heads and tiny bodies; it’s like they’re hugging you back when you play. Plus, the trees in each area fit perfectly. The thick trunks of those baobabs in the savanna look just right. The rounder, friendlier trees in the green zones add a playful vibe to everything. The Dojo’s roof is something else! It looks like soft fabric draped over it. This gives the building such an interesting character!
Axies' big heads and soft Dojo roofs charm with cute, friendly design.

Split Player Sentiment
Despite the game's vibrant art getting so much love, players are noticing some real downsides . But others think you don't get much out of it without lands or axies. Fans are split on updates like Terrariums. Some think they're fresh and innovative. Others see them as more headaches. Many wonder if the game will stay fun or turn into another grind-fest .

Gaming Token Recovery
Axie Infinity's AXS and Smooth Love Potion's SLP tokens had been on a bit of a slide, not keeping up with other gaming tokens lately. But after some new announcement, both tokens got a little bump, showing that even down days can turn around with a spark of fresh news.
- Axie Infinity (AXS) - 30-day range: $0.8779 to $1.29 - Past 90 days: -17.2% (vs. other gaming tokens: -2.4%) - Smooth Love Potion (SLP) - 30-day range: $0.0004778 to $0.0006582 - Past 90 days: -17.0% (vs. other gaming tokens: -2.4%)
Terrariums V1 Release
But enough about the tokens, here's what actually happened. Terrariums V1 is out and it's brimming with new goodies. The terrarium now has more space for your little critters to roam around. You can watch them hop from plant to plant. Plus, there are innovative plants to add to your garden—like shimmering blue plants that glow in the dark.
The big update also brings a bunch of fresh creatures for you to catch and raise. There's this little guy who looks like he's wearing a wizard hat-I think his name is Sparklehoof or something silly like that. He's got electric blue fur and leaves falling from him when he moves, which is just the coolest thing ever.
Oh, and don't forget about the Terrariums V1 event. You can get exclusive items for your terrarium, like a fancy chalice or a rare crystal. It's worth checking out because these things are super cool to show off.
So that’s all the big news. Hope everyone has as much fun with it as I am!
