chapter 7-10 of the banshee and the prophet:

so, this chapter also ended up being massive and for the sake of my brain while editing and rereading as well as anyone else reading it, i split it up into bite sized chunks pertaining to specific events. which, they probably should have been split into anyways. i wrote this chapter(s) on and off for a while (as apparent by the time it took me in between), but also because i go where the hyperfixations go! so whehehe i got super into writing perfection hcs so had a break with this fic for a while. but!!! i am so psyched for these chapters because i finally got to write a character i'd been dying to write, so keep a look out for that.

these chapters explore some of the aftermath of what happened at the festival and there's definitely a shift in tone too. slice of life turned a bit dark and dreary for sure but what can i say, i love misery. we get to hang out with a handful of different characters as well.

as for the change in graphic, i just wanted to do something different than the netflix one over and over and while i couldn't find something that scratched the right itch, i did experiment a bit and made a little title game page inspired by omori (one of my favorite games). it's not perfect whatsoever but i'm satisfied LOL so i guess that's all that matters.

hehe well this is just a little edit of all of the roleplays i’m a part of with jenny and jammy and thought it was time to make one of these bad boys for them. after all, our stories are so god tier they deserve and and every form of art/edit/idk what else etc possible. love you two very much and getting to write with you guys is the funnest thing in the world!!

chapter 6 of the banshee and the prophet: a netflix original

so, this is quite the meaty chapter LOL! honestly i had two minds about splitting this piece up even further just because there was so much i wanted to do in this chapter and didn't even get to all of it. this might have been the longest singular chapter i've ever written of anything, but given that i was able to just pump it out and still liked what i got out shows how enjoyable writing this has been <3 once again, it was a complete fever dream!

this chapter is quite literally just the levity before the big storm hits. we've got lots of character relationship dynamics being explored as well as introducing some vital new characters that will be having quite an impact later down the line. obviously, we get to hang out with the sawai family which is so heartwarming to me. i love them smmm! each character feels so big in my brain and i hope i'm able to give each of them their time to shine throughout the story, but also involving so many characters at once without leaving anyone behind is soooo hard. but, i'm fairly happy with how it turned out, so i hope it's enjoyable for everyone reading it :)

last note is about the song dedicated for this chapter!! so 惑星ﾀﾝﾄﾗ - Vocal:齋藤飛鳥(乃木坂46) by Mondo Grosso and Asuka Saito has quite literally been stuck in my brain for a while now and every time i hear it, i am literally gojo levitating. I FEEL THIS SONG IN MY VEINS. but, yes, this song feels like to me the theme song for this story, so i was very excited to use it for this chapter. give it a listen!

chapter 5 of the banshee and the prophet: a netflix original

here we have the fifth chapter in this series! we're starting to get a little more into the meat of things, introducing some important little details that will carry through the rest of the story. initially, this chapter was going to be the festival, but i decided to break down the festival weekend a bit more to dive into family dynamics and the relationships between our main characters.

this story was a fever dream idea that was based off listening to tame impala's new song dracula! and given that october is right around the corner, the spooky vibes are in! literally had a music video play through my head all day of what i wanted to happen in this story and once again, i had two completely different ideas at the start, but this is where i landed and i'm SO happy about it. so, this story revolves around crymsy's kai kurokawa and my own original character, aira sawai. i'm writing a hp world fic for them separately, but since they were on the brain and i just had the idea, here's an one-shot for them! the story is in kai's perspective and, like i said, he is NOT my original character. he is crymsy's!!

ok, starting off strong with one of my newest hyper fixations! this fic came as a result of my mind drifting everywhere while doing an hour long drive and listening to music. it’s been a genuine joy writing this fic as the ideas are coming so seamlessly and writing is the most fun when you really don’t have to force yourself to do it. it was super fun putting this fic into a format like this and i dedicated an episode to each of the chapters so far, but as i keep going, i fully intend on making some more. but, for now, enjoy the first five episodes (even though the fifth chapter is still a work in progress lol).
