So I made an intro post a while back but now I go by a different name and have changed my url and such. I’m also just in a very different place than I was then, so here’s a more updated intro post!

Currently doing general education courses at a community college. Then I’m transferring to a 4-year college for Recreational Therapy

Full time (12 credits) this semester (Fall 2019)

actually got a spot at a booth at the on campus cafe today. it’s usually so busy there’s none open.

100 days of productivity 3/100

(about a week late... oops)

classes:

LGBTQ Literature (3 credit hours)

Human Anatomy & Physiology Lecture + Lab (4 credit hours)

Abnormal Psychology (3 credit hours)

goals this semester:

stay on top of my course work

don’t fall behind or drop classes

fit in self care, whenever possible.

use happy light (therapy lamp) every morning

notes:

I’m super excited for LGBTQ Lit. Already I’ve been able to be out with my proper name and pronouns in that class! Everyone seems very understanding. Either they are LGBTQ themselves, or are genuinely trying to educate themselves, which is really cool.

Human Anatomy is going to be so much memorizing and I’m already dreading it.

Abnormal Psych sounds like it’s gonna be really interesting, it’s basically just about mental illness, which is actually very relevant for my degree (recreational therapy).

Still practically running on coffee. Went to class this morning. Then I took some pictures of my study space before I got to work on an article review. Not super productive today, but good enough. It was my brother’s birthday, anyway, so I spent some time with him.
