Lol. Content creation and content planning are indeed a challenge and when you create content for others, creativity blocks can happen if we are not careful. Life can be overwhelming; renovations add to it and a mom who is recovering from knee replacement surgery and everything else and you too can wake up one morning feeling like this. Coffee in hand and ideas swirling around your cup and brain. Don’t force it! Step back and clear some of the things that are causing the block. Some of the questions you may want to ask yourself when you are exploring this… Is it a family member and their negative view of the world always looking at the ugly? Is it your office setting, home or things going on with your children or spouse? It is a pain in your body that you have been neglecting for months or years? Are you bored with your life? When getting stuck in this place – take control! What can I post about today to help my followers? What problems can I help them solve? Is it time to take a break? Sometimes it may be some stepping back from social and that is ok. What I have been doing for the past few weeks in posting so sporadically to my accounts is NOT sustainable, so I am telling you right now before it happens to you because sometimes we don’t realize it until it’s too late.
