I think a lot of batfans very much underestimate how dispiriting it is and enraging it is when you are trying to celebrate a non-bat character, theme, or concept only to have a batfan swing in and instead make it about a bat character, theme, or concept.
This isn't something that happens "occasionally" - it is persistent and unrelenting and it makes fans of non-bat characters feel undermined and unheard. So yes, pettiness does come out because we. are. tired.

Mainly having to do with ke bexoming mid in a disxord seever wnd having to step away due to the potential stress of law enforcement pissibly being envolged due to a sitaution that several mods and i are invokged in.

OK i'm back
I got home without being murdered and I'm sitting on my bed typing this. The monster I drank got me through almost all the social interactions and I spoke with every person there at least 4 minutes. There was also a baby and he was so well-behaved he just sat there eating bread. :)
My brother drugged me with a Melatonin so I'd fall asleep toward the end of the memorial, and I passed out in the car from a combination of that and the sugar crash, and my mom took his side. :/
I called my bf, he's still at the house with his SAer and he couldn't talk because she was there, but he said he'd call once he's alone. He also got Life360 to work again so I can keep an eye on where he is and when he's out of there. :(
