This was the last painting I was working on before I got covid. It’s a 48x48 inch acrylic on canvas. There are elements I like in this painting and there are some I don’t like. I’m pretty sure once I have my health again it will be a paint over. I was shocked when I looked at the day of the week and realized it’s Thursday. I feel like I slept through most of the week. We had the most beautiful trot! I slowed him down with my seat and he responded perfectly. We are walking around in the arena now all by ourselves. He doesn’t like it quite yet but he’s doing it. Each day we practise it the more his confidence will grow. I can’t wait until I can trot him around on my own. Then back to the art studio for a little art making session.
