Got the barest itches of a Game of Thrones/Song of Ice and Fire AU where Brandon Stark lives, and so he still marries Catelyn while Ned marries Ashara. Not sure about all the changes besides that, other than going with a combination of N+A=J (there is still a R+L child, who is still raised by Ned, but it's not Jon), and effectively having the canon Stark kids split between Brandon and Ned as their fathers, with Brandon and Catelyn having Sansa and Bran (called Brandon the Younger here), while Ned and Ashara have Robb, Arya, and Rickon.
Side note, but Brandon and Ned both have sons named after their late father - Brandon's son and heir is named Rickard, while Ned, as mentioned before, has Rickon.
