Don’t Decrease The Goal, Increase The Effort👑⁣ ⁣ I have A LOT of goals that I want to hit before 2020, and one of them is to become better at editing/photography. I’m totally guilty of not posting a photo because it isn’t “perfect” and I’m beginning to realize how dumb that sounds. ⁣ ⁣ I currently have 21,446 phots on my phone, and many of them haven’t been posted because of this silly way of thinking. I attended another Creator Day hosted by, @ipsy and it was a huge success! I always look forward to this event because it inspires me to keep creating. ⁣ ⁣ I love the fact that I get to meet a lot of great creators (regardless of following size), and seeing the diversity that Ipsy promotes makes the experience that much better. ⁣ ⁣ I enjoyed the panel discussion and learned a lot about upcoming brands and their products.
