a killer does not have feelings. glory club would strictly remind you, and yet they'd turn a blind eye when you spread kindness to your other members, but then again maybe it was because it encouraged the other killers to carry out more successful missions. you never knew the cause of your special treatment.

out of all the characters in killer peter, you relish in the fact that peter himself was the best. you were a huge fan of his character. controversially, you liked the fact that he had a simple goal - to get revenge on glory club and its new leader (unlike lookism - daniel park was weird). your original goal in killer peter was to help peter achieve his goal (who were you kidding - you just wanted to see him in real life), but you realized that you could save the people peter was going to kill in the process, and hopefully use them to help peter.

patients and employees alike smiled and bowed respectfully to the both of you as you passed by. you smile back politely, waving at people you were more familiar with, though you never left nathaniel's side. not like he would let you anyways - his grip was vice-like.

suddenly feeling bold, you halt in your steps, making your boyfriend pause as well, raising an eyebrow inquisitively as he turns towards you, only to be met by a quick yet sweet kiss pressed to his jaw.

"...what was that for?" he asks, handing his clipboard of charts to one of the killers behind, before using that same hand to softly thread his fingers through your hair.

"just because," you reply honestly, smiling up at him, before pressing another kiss to his jaw, this time letting your lips linger longer around the area. behind you, the killers immediately avert their eyes at the sweet interaction. they knew better than to stare at the two of you pda-ing - apostle nathaniel would definitely have their heads if they dared.

"okay," you ask no questions, smiling at him as you stare deeply into his eyes. the two of you resume your walking, and the killers behind follow. "do i need to prepare anything?"

"no," he replies almost immediately, his face turning dark as he stares into nothingness. "i don't need those foolish idiots fawning over my girlfriend. i'll kill them if they do."

you chuckle, and he immediately whips his head in your direction, the murderous glint in his eyes fading into affection. "alright," you reply in a carefree tone. "i'll trust you with everything, then."

the two of you finish the rest of your rounds in comfortable silence.

                "MR. OH, WHERE'S PATIENT 1304'S MEDICAL RECORDS? i need them for his surgery-" you abruptly cut yourself off as you stare at the young man in front of you, staring at you with a neutral look.

"ah, no." peter replies, watching you intently for your reaction. "i'm with glory club." he watches as you stiffen, surprise then understanding flashing in your eyes as you nod slowly. "ah, welcome then," you reply, smile growing bigger. "you're here to help search for peter, yes? good luck, then." you jump at the opportunity to get in his good books (hopefully). "he's very skilled, from what i heard. could probably take down an apostle with just his bare hands." you laugh, albeit nervously.

"speaking of which," peter decides to jump at the opportunity to ask you. "do you know anyone by the name of hyeon-il na here?"

"i don't think so," you reply honestly, shifting from foot to foot. "is he a friend of yours?"

"something like that," he brushes it aside, stepping closer to you as his eyes gleamed red. a lump formed in your throat. this was it. he was onto you. "what about apostle nathaniel, then? since you know about the glory club."

"um..." you chuckle nervously, though your mind was in a turmoil. if you lied, he'd know, and instantly kill you. but if you told him the truth, nathaniel would die faster, too. you didn't want that.

but mr. oh appeared at the right time, saving you from peter's interrogation. "ah, here we are!" he says, blissfully oblivious to the tension in the air. peter's face goes back to neutral as he steps back. "sorry, miss [last name], couldn't find it in my drawers."

"it's fine," you say a bit too quickly, grabbing the medical records as you speedwalk to the door. "thank you, mr. oh." you ignore peter as you slam the door shut behind you.

peter watches as you leave in a hurry, amusement glinting in his eyes. you were intriguing, he thinks to himself as he bows to mr. oh, before excusing himself out of the administration office. though you tried to keep a calm composure, he could see that you were brimming with excitement and awe as you conversed with him. how interesting, he muses, a small smile curling at the corner of his lips. did you know who he was? that was impossible, but not unlikely.

his kindness? peter repeats to himself, as he follows the man towards the doors, noting how sweat dripped from his temple, as if he was scared. what is there for him to be so nervous about?

"let's hurry," the man says, speeding up towards the doors. "the doctor hates to be kept waiting." with a ding, the automated doors open wide, as if revealing peter - no, kim sun-gu to the pack of wolves waiting.

and, with a smile, the lion gladly welcomes the wolves to their demise.
