This unique striped gown was first seen in the 2007 first season of 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒖𝒅𝒐𝒓𝒔, where Natalie Dormer wore it as Anne Boleyn.   Thirteen years later, the costume was again seen on an extra in the episode 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑶𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒏 of the 2020 series 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔, with embroidery and trim added to the bodice and around the waist.   See more at Bit.ly/TudEliz186    

This costume, worn by Charlotte Hope as Katharine of Aragon, was worn in the 2019 season of 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔.   But that’s not where it began - it looked much different in 2008 when it was worn by Natalie Dormer as Anne Boleyn in 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒖𝒅𝒐𝒓𝒔.   The piece likely originated with the 1995 adaptation of 𝑶𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒐, where it was worn by Irène Jacob as Desdemona.   Learn more at Bit.ly/TudEliz095
