feel so damn weak today I couldn't even muster the strength to wash my hair. Had to just exfoliate and rinse. I hate having to get myself back on track after being sick when things were already at a low place due to the depression spiral anyway. It feels so insurmountable. I know I gotta take it a piece at a time which is why I at least showered even if I couldn't wash my hair. But it's such a battle with my brain for every single task. Just sucks so fuckin much dude.
