22yo Nat resorting to playing sugar baby to not one but TWO older women in their early 40s (Misty and Lottie) to save up money to leave her abusive family (and buy drugs) while actively hiding them from each other because she doesn't want to lose her only source of income. Then she starts feeling increasingly guilty as real feelings start to develop, eventually resulting in Misty and Lottie finding out about each other, but instead of being angry and taking it out on Natalie, like Natalie expected, they sit down to talk at a café about how worried they are about her and how they think they can best help her. It starts as petty rivalry and jealousy but the more they talk the more they realize they both just want to protect Natalie from her father and from herself.
