Here she is, a Naruto OC I created ages ago. The granddaughter of the Land of Fire’s Feudal Lord, the Lady Tatsura.
In order to strengthen The Land of Fire’s alliances, Tatsura was betrothed to a neighboring country’s heir when she was very young. However, an enemy found out and sent out assassins to kill the girl and prevent the union from ever taking place. The Feudal Lord then placed his granddaughter in the care of The Third Hokage, to keep the girl safe and hidden until she came of age.
Meanwhile, in the Leaf Village, Lord Third has received countless complaints about Uzumaki Naruto and his escalating, delinquent-like behavior. The hokage knows how desperately the young boy craves love and attention, but nearly all the villagers are too poisoned by their own hatred and prejudice to even give the boy a chance.
When he receives the request from The Feudal Lord to hide Tatsura, he has an idea so ludicrous it might just be genius. The princess, knowing nothing of Konoha’s history and having no connections in the village to influence her, would have no reason to despise Naruto. The young princess needed an alias and a place to hide. Naruto needed a genuine connection with someone who could accept and see him for who he was.
The Third Hokage decided to hide the princess in the one place no sane person would ever think to look for her, amidst the rank of the Leaf’s shinobi, under the alias of Saito Taru, Uzumaki Naruto’s long-lost cousin.
