| Drabble about post war naruto because he's a snack. |
Post War Naruto whoâs gotten taller and sturdier since the last time you saw him. His shoulders are broader now, his movements steadier, more purposeful. You werenât sure about his new haircut at first, it felt too serious, too unlike him. But now, the more you look at him, the more it suits him. Itâs like every inch of him, from the way he carries himself to the way he looks at you, radiates confidence. And now well⊠heâs undeniably hot.
Post War Naruto whoâs still got his goofy, endearing side, but now itâs wrapped in a layer of maturity. His apartmentâs clean, seriously clean. No more empty ramen cups scattered around or dirty laundry piled in a corner. He keeps the windows open to let in fresh air, his bedâs always made, and thereâs even a plant sitting by the windowsill that he swears heâs been watering (and surprisingly it isn't dead!).
Post War Naruto who still takes you to Ichiraku now and then, but also surprises you with fancy restaurant dates. He fumbles with the menu sometimes, squinting at the names he canât pronounce, but he plays it cool, like he totally knows what heâs doing. âIâll takeâŠuh, whateverâs good,â he says with a sheepish grin, hoping you don't notice.
Post War Naruto whoâs a gentleman now. He holds doors open for you, makes sure youâre always walking on the inner side of the sidewalk, catches you when you trip instead of snickering like he used to. He's always on time for your dates as well, already waiting ten minutes early sometimes with flowers, and his signature light up a room smile!
Post War Naruto whoâs painfully oblivious to how hot heâs gotten. He looks at you with that familiar furrowed brow of concern, wondering why you're staring at him, flustered, when he casually takes off his shirt. His once lean frame has transformed, his chest now covered with battle scars, his biceps thicker, and his abs sharp, like they were carved from diamond. You mumble something he canât hear, and he's leaning in, his face hovering just a breath away from yours, asking with innocence, âWhat was that? Didnât catch it,â his voice softer than usual, making your breath catch in your throat.
Post War Naruto who still has his moments of clumsiness, still trips over his words when heâs flustered. But itâs all part of his charm, because no matter how smooth he gets, heâs still Naruto after all, your Naruto.
Post War Naruto who somehow balances his duties as a hero, a leader, and your partner. Heâs always busy, but he makes time for you, showing up at your door with takeout and an apologetic smile after a long day. âSorry Iâm late. Missed ya,â he says, ruffling his hair as if that makes up for it.
Post War Naruto who still loves ramen but now knows how to cook other things too, well, sort of. He insists on making breakfast for you sometimes, standing proudly in the kitchen with a frying pan in hand. The eggs are slightly burnt, but the way he beams when you tell him theyâre delicious makes it all worth it.
Post War Naruto who listens to you now more than ever. He doesnât just hear what youâre saying; he takes it in, remembers it, and acts on it. Whether itâs something big, like your dreams, or something small, like your favorite snack, heâs always paying attention.
Post War Naruto who ends every day with you in his arms. No matter how hectic life gets, he holds you close, resting his chin on your head as he whispers, âThanks for being here with me. Youâre my favorite person, ya know?â His voice is quiet, his words simple, but they carry all the love he has to give.
Gremlin Naruto in Boruto is our karmic justice for not appreciating how hot the last/post war Naruto was. Somebody get Ikemoto out of that studio cuz he's fucking everybody's shit up, no one's hairline is safe. Jail time for him honestly because just look at this.

âunfounded shower thoughts I literally thought of while showering: I think during the early brainstorming process of the series, Kishimoto intended Madara to be vastly stronger than Hashirama, and that the Valley of End statues were the humiliation and begrudging acknowledgement that Hashirama couldn't stop Madara.
I do think Madara was supposed to be the strongest shinobi that existed and that him being shown early as a statue was proof. Konoha didn't take the statues down because it would mean they are:
â
â1.) trying to delete history; 2.) which means they admit weakness
â
And that the other villages didn't attempt to because:
â
1.) it's a reminder that Konoha can be undermined; 2.) the only thing Konoha can do to deny the next generation is to not teach them who that statue is
â
âThat's why he was hyped from the startâeven if you look at his design compared to Hashiramaâthe silhouette is unforgettable, you have to remember this man. From a character creation perspective, the artist who is also the writer, probably won't be designing this character if he isn't meant to be looked at, be remembered, and be instilled in the reader's mind before he is actually named.
â
âI think Hiruzen was supposed to be the strongest Hokage in general before the retcon, and Hashirama being the strongest was another massive retconâwhich connects me to another unfounded shower thought: Kakuzu was probably supposed to be the one who killed Hashirama and would've explained thematically why Naruto was in the Asuma Revenge arc in the first place. Had it been longer, Kakuzu probably would've had a flashback about how Naruto reminds him of Hashirama. I do think both Hidan and Kakuzu were supposed to be more important, but they were pretty unpopular at that time that's why their arc was cut short.
Anyway, I checked the VOTE 1 arc and Madara's face is shown too much and is even at the center of shots that cut out Hashirama. This man was made to be the most important part of shinobi lore.

The air in the room was thick with an uncomfortable stillness, as though the weight of everything left unsaid pressed down on your chest. It wasnât just the silence, but the kind that left you gasping for air, desperate for something that would break the void between you and Sasuke. Five years. You had spent five long years by his side, and yet, standing here now, youâd never felt so completely alone. The man who once held you so close now felt miles away, even when he was standing right in front of you.
You watched him as he removed his tie, every movement precise, but empty. There was no tenderness, no acknowledgment of you in the way he movedâjust cold, mechanical motions. It hit you then: the man who once held you, who used to pull you in without hesitation, now felt like a stranger. Something had broken between you, and the silence that hung in the air seemed to say more than either of you could.
Neither of you knew how to fix itâor even if it could be fixed.
He didnât smile at you anymoreânot like he used to. He didnât share those rare laughs over silly things or press gentle kisses to your forehead when he thought you werenât paying attention. Now, Sasuke had buried himself in work, using it as a fortress to shut you out. He left before the sun rose, never bothering to meet your gaze, and came home long after it had set. When he did come home, he just went through his routine, making you feel as though you werenât even there for him to notice at all.
Tonight, though, you had dared to hopeâjust a small hope. You had made his favorite dishes, slaving away in the kitchen for hours, preparing each dishes, and clinging to the ridiculous belief that maybe this time, he would notice. That maybe this time, he would see you again.
You stood in the kitchen, feeling raw, exposed, a vulnerability you hadnât allowed yourself to feel in months churning at your insides. You were desperateâfor him, for something to pull him back, to salvage whatever was left.
âI made dinner,â you said, and you know how much emotion was contained in those two little words.
You gestured to the table, where the food sat untouched, waiting for him like you always had, like you always did.
Sasuke gave it a cursory glance. His palm rubbed the bridge of his nose, a motion you would eventually grow to detest as his gaze dropped down to the ground. It was his cue to cut you out of the conversation before it even started.
âIâm not hungry,â he muttered, as though his mind was already somewhere far from you.
Your chest clenched cruelly, but you bit back the flood of hurt that threatened to surge. âBut I made it for you,â you murmured more softly this time.
âIâve got work to do,â he replied sharply, cutting you off before you could even begin to argue.
Always work. The thought echoed in your mind. You couldnât remember the last time he had chosen to be present with you. You tried to understand how important his work was, but to the point that he didnât even bother to talk to you anymore? It stung more than you cared to admitâit feels as if he had forgotten how to make room for you in his life.
He turned away, moving toward his desk with that same cold efficiency, as if your attempt was merely an inconvenience he couldnât be bothered with. Frustration boiled over within you, spilling past your defenses before you could rein it in. âItâs always work with you, isnât it?â The words slipped out before you could stop them, the sharpness of your voice surprising even yourself. The silence that followed felt heavy, and you braced yourself for his reaction.
Sasukeâs body froze in its tracks as he was about to take a step, his muscles tensing as if he was prepared to take on it. He pivoted around to face you, his facial expression unchanging and his eyes darkened with impatience.
âWhat exactly are you insinuating with that statement?â He stood there, appearing edgy and on edge, waiting for your response.
Your heart pounded in your chest, hurt and rage swirling inside you. âIt means youâre never here, Sasuke,â you said, your voice trembling with the weight of emotions youâd kept bottled up for so long. âYouâre always somewhere elseâalways busy, always too tired. Do you even care anymore?â
His jaw tightened, the tension in his form evident as he cut in with a warning. âDonât even start this again,â he said firmly, tone dripping with edges. âIâve explained to you before, my workââ
âIâm sick of hearing about your work!â you snapped, your own frustration now bubbling over. âYou hide behind it, Sasuke. Itâs your excuse for everything. Youâre shutting me out.â
âIâm not shutting you out. Youâre the one whoâs making this into something itâs not.â
âSomething itâs not?â You could feel the tears beginning to well in your eyes, but you fought them back. You refused to let him see how much he was hurting you, how much this was tearing you apart. âWeâre barely even together anymore! You come home late, you donât talk to me, and when you do, itâs like I donât even exist! How is that not shutting me out?â
âYou think I donât have enough on my plate?â he said quietly, his voice barely containing the anger simmering beneath the surface. âDo you even understand the kind of pressure Iâm under?â
âAnd what about me?â you shot back, your voice rising despite yourself. âWhat about the pressure Iâm under? To keep pretending that everythingâs fine? To keep waiting for you to care?â
âYou really donât grasp the situation, do you? I simply donât have the time to waste on this. Every second counts for me right now, and your petty complaints are the last thing I need on my plate. Canât you see that?â He gave you an earnest gaze, his eyes narrowing as the tension between you grew. His patience was slipping, and with every seconds, his frustration grew.
âPetty?â The word struck you like a sharp slap. In an instant, the tears you had desperately tried to hold back cascaded down your cheeks. âThis isnât just something trivial, Sasuke! This is about our relationship! And yet, youâre treating it as if it holds no significance at all.â Your voice trembled with emotion, and hurt flooding your words as you confronted him.
He ran a hand through his hair, clearly exasperated, as though you were just another problem he had to deal with. âYouâre being dramatic. Itâs not like Iâm gone forever. I come home, donât I?â
âPhysically, maybe. But emotionally? Youâre never here. Itâs like I donât even matter to you anymore.â
âThis is exactly why I canât deal with this right now. You blow everything out of proportion, and then you expect me to drop everything to coddle you.â
âIâm not asking you to coddle me,â you whispered, his apathy crushed you, and you felt your breath seize and your chest constrict. âIâm asking you to care.â
âDo you really think I donât understand you?â The question escaped your lips. âIâve been trying to reach you this whole time!â Like a tumbling river, your words flowed forth, a cry to close the distance that seemed to grow between you.
With your heart racing, you moved closer to look for any indication of comprehension in his countenance. âI see your damn struggles, the tired you are, but it feels like youâre shutting me out completely. How can I understand what youâre going through if you refuse to let me in?â
He did not respond. He merely stood there, silently saying louder than he could have with his expression. And you were broken by that quiet. You understood, for the first time in years, that Sasuke was not going to stand up for you and that he would not even apologize for the suffering he had caused by hurting you in the manner that he had.
âMaybe we shouldnât be doing this anymore.â he eventually spoke, and in that instant, everything around you seemed to stop. It felt like the air was stolen from your lungs, and your heart splintered into a thousand fragments.
Again, he stood there, silently watching as your heart shattered, doing nothing to stop it. Tears cascaded down your cheeks, and you made no attempt to wipe them away. âSo, this is how it ends?â
He said nothing.
In that moment, you realized it was over.
You realized you had lost him long before tonight.

I'm so bored of this stale loop of fighting games we get for big Shonen. A Balders Gate 3 quality level Naruto rpg set in the first or second ninja war is the game of my dreams. The world building is so fun and aesthetic; being able to run around and make your own choices in it would be godlike.
However if this ever did happen, and the game didn't let me be an absolute piece of shit. I'm talking old timmey Danzo. I would be very very upset.
