“The Warring Chef Triad” is another Naruto SD episode that pisses me off (which suuuuucks because cooking episodes are usually my favorite), 3 of the teams are out in the mountains gathering food and the boys don’t wanna cook so Shikamaru comes up with a plan to insult the girls’ cooking so that they decide to compete to show they aren’t bad at cooking
The girls do find out about the plan and purposely mess with the food to get back at the boys, but I so much would’ve rather the girls just deciding that they didn’t actually wanna compete and being like “okay, experts, why don’t you cook and show us what “good” cooking looks like since you have so much to say about it”
