Hello again! How is everyone? Just a short post today to warm up and get myself back in the routine. . In between feeds and naps yesterday I managed to create my first little crafting project since our family expansion. You might remember the leather satchel upcycling project that I completed just before the birth? Well, it does indeed function very well as a nappy bag, however it is a bit bulky. Perfect for a full day trip out in the car or to the pool, but not so good for a forest walk or a quick visit into town. So I decided to make a little leather pouch that fits all the essentials. (You might recognise the material as that amazing sofa leather that just keeps on giving! Soon I'll have a whole outfit and accessories combo made from the stuff...) It can be put in a rucksack as a separate pouch, worn on the belt, or used as a small handbag. Much more practical for those quick trips out! . I'm planning to do some posts on various child-related archaeology facts and thoughts, so watch out for them!
