I desperately wish we would stop giving these 'anti-woke' idiots the time of day. They don't actually care they just want engagement on their floundering accounts. I'm going to try to list these in chronological order but it's going to be entirely based off my memories of the situation because I don't feel like going back in time to find the articles/posts.
Mass Effect 3: Had exclusive homosexeual options for male and female Shepards. (Steve Cortez and Samantha Traynor)
Tomb Raider 2013 Reboot: Lara wasn't sexy anymore since she didn't have 'big boobs or shorts'
Halo 5 Guardians: Played as Master Chief for only a lil of the campaign and the rest you played as a *gasp* BLACK MAN NAMED LOCKE.
Horizon: Yeah they've always had Aloy as a protagonist but... she ugly... get that gurl a face mask and some cleanser. It's not like she lives in a post-apocalyptic late iron age world. It's not like she eats, sleeps, and goes to the bathroom outdoors most of the time. She can squeeze in a 60+minute makeup routine every morning.
Assassin's Creed: While I remember the occasion bitching and whining with Odyssey and Valhalla for having playable female protagonists. Most the vitriol was against Shadows for having a female and a male protagonist but the male was *gasp* BLACK. Ignoring that Yasuke was an actual historical figure...
The Last of Us 2: Obviously hating Ellie and Abby for being the playable characters and killing the MAN Joel. Despite the fact that he had gotten old and also kinda earned it. (Not reopening the debate). This also lead to death threats against Abby's actress Laura Bailey and her child.
The Mario Movie: Peach had pants on, even though she's worn pants in games before.
The Witcher 4: Ciri as the player character. OH Also she used Geralt's 'killing monsters' line as a sign of tribute to her father figure.
Starfield: Had pronouns in character creation
Dragon Age The Veilguard: Can make a trans character.
Masters of the Universe: The main character 'He-Man' has pronouns
I bring these up because I just want to enjoy the new God of War Laufey game but I also gotta parse through all the FUCKING WHINING MAN BABIES BECAUSE PEOPLE KEEP SHARING THERE STUFF TO MAKE A WITTY RETORT. If you see someone complaining about women or POC or LGBTQIA folks just ignore it. Don't screenshot it, don't share their takes for a laugh, and don't respond. DON'T FEED THE TROLLS! Seriously, just ignore it. Long term you'll be happier.

ASSASSIN'S CREED SHADOWS (2025) Cinematic TV Ad | dev. Ubisoft
Another post showcasing my options for a YouTube thumbnail test, though this one hasn't completed as of posting since the connected video will not premiere until twenty minutes after this post is made (I reference the option to come see all of these here at the end of the video).
The video is titled "Assassin's Creed was ALWAYS woke" and debunks the anti-woke grifters who are trying to spread bad faith arguments about Assassin's Creed Shadows, primarily since they consider a (historical) black man to be an issue for all of their stupid, stupid reasons. I push back on a lot of those claims, and focus heavily on the fact that Assassin's Creed has been heavily politically progressive since its inception, and why that's a good thing. I genuinely wonder which one of these will win out for the thumbnail test:
Even though I kinda hated the way AC Shadows ended, I did really enjoy Naoe and Yasuke, so have some Naoe sketches ❤️🖤
