Megsy creating a never-ending supply of supervillains is so funny. Like he manages to make a brand new one without any body.
I love how stupidly old school superhero comic this episode is. Also this guy's face is kind of horrifying? His super-tech ages him prematurely to like, near death.
And Megsy remains insanely competent and cool in this show. Such brilliant scheming. Where was this Megsy in G1?
