- Hugo and Nancy are cousins.

- Hugo is the roommate of Kira's friend's boyfriend, and he's the one who suggested to Kira to work at the Dream Suites. He's only in college because his parents told him he had to go, but he likes taking the chemistry courses.

- As a child, Nancy never knew what she wanted to be when she grew up. Her parents would tell her to do something that she loves. She loves drawing fan art, so she decided she wanted to be a commission artist. Her parents, however, told her she needed to make a stable income before she could start doing that. She knows their only trying to look out for her, but it doesn't make it hurt any less.

- Hugo was also the one to suggest to her parents that Nancy try working at the hotel. Without any warning, they took her for an interview, and as you already know, she got in.

- When she first began working there, she made it known to all the employees around her that she did not want to be there. She was way out of her comfort zone (she's an introvert), and she didn't think she'd be able to pull it off.

- That didn't mean she didn't try her best when it came to helping customers. She had a few slip-ups at the start, but eventually Nancy was the employee most of the customers liked the most. When Alex told her some of the customer's compliments about her, that helped her feel more comfortable around the others.
