What did you do in January 2023? RobbARTBoutique and I were busier than ever(setting records). January can tend to be a slow month for many businesses, but we're not like others(no we're not). We dedicated all month to working/collaborating with different clientelle for upcoming paintings in 2023. Here I am with an attitude of gratitude as I was invited inside to one of the most stunning properties in all of Nanaimo(view off Stephenson Point). I feel fortunate for experiences like this. Privileged to invite you all in to share a slice of daily life as a professional artist. Being a landscape specialist has many benefits and perks. Spending the afternoon with Katrina as she wined and dined me as we planned her painting and I explored her property for source photography(for compositional references) was one. I don't often share these types of glimpses behind the scenes, but this was a special moment where I felt particularly grateful as I waved at the ferries and shipping vessels. What perfect little Island that I am privileged to preserve the stories of. More to come on Katrina's painting and story once it's completed. If you'd love your story told(memories preserves) in 2023, contact me now before spots are all taken. Looking forward to hearing from you.
