Heavy winds and snow: Remnants of winter storm Ana to Finland

Named Storms
The first ever named storm in the UK was called Abigail, and this entertained me because it is an approximate homophone for A Big Gale.
Since then I always think each time I hear a named storm does it have anything to do with the weather and tonight we have huge winds and a great deal of rain and the storm is a named one, Claudia, which is being pronounced Cloudier, so yes it does.
