This fully-integrated system is engineered for direct carton packaging of industrial nails, featuring a custom 500KG feed hopper with magnetic elevator for continuous ferrous material handling. Nails are precisely weighed by an oversized 14-head 3L hardware weigher and directly loaded into reinforced cartons. The line integrates automatic case sealing, heat shrink wrapping for bundle stabilization, and a powered rolling strapping machine with parallel bundling capability. The dual-vibration leveling system ensures uniform nail distribution within each carton. Output Range: 5KG retail cartons to 25KG industrial cartons with automatic weight switching.
