We know that it dislikes spicy foods, which would put it as bold, timid, modest, or calm. Or technically hardy, but that one is neutral to all food types due to both liking and disliking spicy foods.

At first I was thinking it would like sweet foods due to enjoying Murdock's cooking, but that would put it as a timid nature, which I'm not sure would fit its personality. It's been shown to be quite brave in the past and not skittish. It was able to help Liko find Sprigatito without being scared. It also wasn't afraid to go surfing, despite being a rock type. It also doesn't seem to be socially timid either, and is quite playful.

I guess it could be bold. Maybe it would enjoy sour foods a lot, but just has easy access to sweets that it also enjoys via Murdock.

At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter, and isn't going to be a one-to-one to game statistics. This also doesn't take into account the pokemon personality characteristics, which could impact the result.
