There wasn’t much to do, aside from the washing the dishes in his apartment in Kairos. He hoped, at some point he, his sibling and mother could move out and get a house. Allen today had traveled toward his second home in Paralia, assisting his adoptive father on his farm. Moving the hay, feeding the animals, milking the cows and the goats– it gave him something productive to do.

After finishing the task given to him, he had gone to the barn where the horses were held. He had saddled up Josephine, and while exiting the stalls he saw a flash of white and red dash by him. Confused, the blond leads his four legged companion toward where he saw the figure. When he rounded the stalls, he saw a bright flash –– a camera maybe?– from within one of the stalls, where the new foals were. He had continued at a leisurely pace, with Josephine trailing behind him and when he peeked inside, he saw a young girl near one of the horse stalls.

“...excuse me?” His voice had startled the girl, causing for her to flinch, “may I ask how you got in here?”

Silver is the pocket watch that flips open and shut slowly, time ticking by in the usual manner. His brother is off: on the train that will soon pull back into the station from the steady loop around the island. For now, he waits on the platform as per usual, smile wide and silver eyes running over those few who wait for their transport to Paralia. Some are familiar, some are not, but that’s simply how things go.

Greetings are exchanged, but little holds his attention for long until his gaze catches onto somebody small and familiar who clambers onto the platform. That is a face he knows very well from numerous trips and talks, her presence a common one at the station due to the many visits she makes to the quieter part of the island. With a wide, stiff stride, he quickly cuts the distance between them, stopping abruptly in front of her and crouching down with an Emmet-esque beaming look of excitement.
