My health's getting worse and forcing me into bedrest half the day (really, 3/4ths of it if I include actually sleeping)
I still want to make art, so, I made a Throne list. Everything's on crowdfunding mode: An overbed desk, adjustable bed frame, air purifier and in my wildest dreams a decent laptop (lowest on the priority list obviously but still) I can link my tablet to for working on. Friends. Wear your masks. Even though I did, people coughing all in my face in the ER last year and giving me Covid is how I got here. And it aint any fun. Really scary actually, wondering if LC is gonna take me out.

my current obsession is myocarditis.
most cases are mild and not life threatening but the symptoms are still scary and reminding of a heart attack (chest pain, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, heart palpitations, unusual tiredness, feeling weak and light-headed and even fainting) and the best thing is it is often triggered by a viral infection. so you can make your character suffer by giving them a common cold or the flu and then maybe have them do too much too soon (going back to work or working out when they're starting to feel better) and a week or two later they feel so. much. worse. again!!
maybe they try to shrug it off but once caretaker finds them they're shocked and immediately drag them to the emergency room/call an ambulance because WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE HAVING CHEST PAINS AND TROUBLE BREATHING AND YOU FAINTED AND YOU THINK YOU'RE OKAY?!?!
they'll probably be fine (unless you don't want them to... myocarditis can lead to heart failure and cardiac death, especially in younger people. just putting this out there for those interested) and they just need some rest.
