Happy Friday everyone! 😊👋👋 It is quite frustrating when I am not fully prepared to make a delicious meal because of what has been happening at my house. I just moved and I am still struggling with unpacking my boxes and locating my kitchenwares and things. Who can relate?✋😅 This is an old picture of a unique assorted mochi I made many years ago. Sometimes, I make things because food inspires me to create something unique and interesting like these flavored mochi. But I didn't have a recipe written down anywhere, and now, I have no idea what it is anymore. I think it's a chocolate and hazelnut, and sweet potato mochis. My girls always wanted me to make mochi ice cream, and never took on that challenge. That's my next thing, to make ice cream mochi and will try to perfect it so that I can be ready when summer is here! I will be sure to share the recipe, so stay tuned!
