Hello all, we know it has been silent here for a while. The mod team has been discussing how to best proceed with the Bang because COVID and other current events have impacted each of us personally, and the team was unsure if proceeding with the Bang will be beneficial or add undue stress to all involved. 

At the beginning, we were thinking that it might still be possible to run the Bang as a welcomed distraction, but it has become increasingly clear that we are not in the right time to proceed as normal. We are skipping the Bang this year and plan to host again next year in 2021 when times are hopefully not as tumultuous.  

The team asks for your understanding with this decision. We are, however, open to hosting mini events for the rest of this year that are not as taxing to everyone, if there is interest.

Hello everyone!

We would like to introduce to you, MXTX BANG 2019!

For those who do not know what a Bang is: A bang is a fandom event where writers and artists can sign up to create and collaborate with one another to produce magnificent fics and artworks for a fandom. This Bang will include tiers that participants can sign up for what level they would like to complete. So this event counts as both a Big Bang and a Baby/Mini Bang.

We have opened a Mod Application for those wanting to help create this event and  an Interest Check to help with understanding what future participants/audience would like to see.  For mod apps, you do not need experience in being a mod so please don't be afraid to apply. It will be open for 2 weeks and will close on July 13.

The About and Schedule will be posted on July 20 and participant sign ups will open on July 27.
