There are several references to past Muppet Show skits in Muppets Haunted Mansion. For example, the ballroom scene is a nod to the reoccurring "At The Dance" segment, and a ghostly Marvin Suggs plays skulls similarly to how he plays the Muppaphone in The Muppet Show.
