I’ve written possessed Egon as this terrifyingly looming being who’s silent and aside from no emotion, all you can see is the light glinting off his glasses and this wickedly uncharacteristic grin? Like, with the strength that can open closed elevator doors and a lot of intelligence that a possessing demon/spirit could use at their disposal is terribly underused? Maybe it’s my love for horror but writing that was TERRIFYING?

Being a big fan of NASA and space, Winston was once considered to become a shuttle pilot for the shuttle program, but wasn’t chosen considering the success rate (less than 1%). However as a Ghostbuster, he is given high regards and is known by a few astronauts rather well! It’s aided in his team getting a shuttle ride or two to deal with ‘unclassified high threat extra-terrestrial supernatural manifestations’ as Egon puts it.

- Has PTSD. Has a huge problem with sudden loud noises, but has confided with Egon about the matter and received a pair of noise cancelling headphones when on the job. - Is the best when confronting childlike spirits; more so than Ray. He volunteered at an orphanage for a few years before applying for the Ghostbusters and has always had a good relationship with them. Always wanted a kid his own but doesn't really know how to go about it with his busy (and dangerous) job.  - Quite good at Chess / Checkers! Him and Egon play every Sunday together. It's nearly an equal win to lose ratio, much to Egon’s pleasant surprise.  - He LOVES Rollercoasters. LOVES them. At one point, he wanted to be an engineer for them but took a greater interest in aerodynamics (space too) and jet piloting. - Has a natural talent for learning on the go. Thanks to listening to Egon and Ray, Winston has quickly learned how to read a PKE meter and classify Ghosts based on their appearance at manifestation. Also knows how to repair the proton packs if need be while out on the field. He's still learning on how to fix traps, however. - (Contradicting the movie, sorry) Has a firm belief that Aliens exist. When he was camping with his dad once in the mountains, he saw what he believed to be a UFO sighting and landing. It jumpstarted his interest in space as well as his lifelong friendship with Ray. - Very much a family man. If the other Busters ever had kids, you KNOW he'd be the favorite uncle. He'd spoil those kids and love on them so much.

Out of the other three, he actually grew closest to Peter first. They may be very contrasting personalities, but their combined book and street smarts have outsmarted many people and got them out of quite precarious situations. Peter reads people and figure out the smoothest course of action while Egon figures out a solution. They’re quite the intimidating duo when they work together!
