First step was to apply ice, because OW! Next day, we picked up some cut and sifted Meadowsweet and Mullein Leaf, and got to work. Step one, drain the blister. Step two, wash with tea tree oil and witch hazel. Step three, mix up the poultice.

About ⅛tsp fresh aloe pulp and ¼tsp honey.

While mixing, invoke your preferred Divine Aspect/Deity and ask their blessings on your work. (I chose to invoke the blessing of Persephone and Bridgette, and yes I know they're from two different cultural pantheons, don't @ me over it.) Once mixed, apply directly to the drained blister.

Then apply the gauze pad over the top and tape down.

This mullein leaf extract works like magic every time. My girl had a runny nose & slightttt cough since 2 nights ago, up until these last few hours of the day. It breaks down the mucus & helps it all come out quickly, whereas other cold like medicines harden the mucus and essentially keep it locked inside & it takes longer to get rid of. Hopefully it’s out of her completely when she wakes up in the morning.
