#mug cake

I just wanted to melt chocolate... how did I end up lighting a small fire in the microwave

Ohhh also btw I finally found a cookie in a mug recipe that comes out good! And it turns out the simpler the better! So you will melt 1 tbsp of butter in your mug, then stir in 1tbsp granulated sugar and 1tbsp brown sugar, then stir in JUST 1 egg yolk. No white. Once that’s fully combined into the mixture you will mix in 3 tbsp of flour, and preferable chocolate chips as that is what I did and I cannot attest to how will this recipe works without/with different mix-ins. Microwave for 50 seconds. Now keep in mind there’s no baking powder or anything so this will come out quite small. I will be trying out doubling the recipe and cooking time later today but for not cannot attest as to whether this makes it come out less good
