Disappearances and Shenanigans

Long Long ago in the far off year of 2023, was a building known as 'The Superstar Mega pizzaplex'. It had glamour, bright neon lights, pizza and one of my personal favorites, the Arcade. But that wasn't the main attraction, infact, the mastermind company behind the pizzaplex, Fazbear Entertainment, had created cutting edge technology,Animatronics. Sentient Robots who could feel emotions just like you and me. Happiness,anger,sadness, fear, disgust,hatred and so on and so forth. They had ambitions,goals,relationships,personalities and life in general speaking.

There were the stage animatronics, the stars, the performers. There was the main lead and goofball Freddy, the guitarist and annoying brute Monty,the secondary guitarist and life of the part Chica and last but not least, the Keytar player and punk badass with an ego, Roxanne. Well this is how Fazbear and general public views them- Wait! How could I forget the Superstar Daycare? The Superstar Daycare is exactly as it sounds, a fun and exciting place where you could drop off your little bundles of joy and stress for the low price of 59.99 per day! Run by the attendants Sun and Moon who ensure they keep your children safe! Sunrise is a energetic, cheerful character who entertains and supervises kids durning playtime and Moondrop is the chill, calm and strict character who supervises the children durning nap time and keeps them safe.

Butttttt that's not it, well not entirely that is.

Endless Chatter was heard around a pink,white and green room. The glamrocks were having a sleepover or slumber party, whichever you prefer to use.

"You should paint your nails black!"

"I was thinking red"

"You always do red :("

"You always do pink"

The white chicken stared at the wolf, before giving a defeated sigh

"Fair.."

"Hey not like there's anything wrong with pink"

"Are you two done talking about nails yet?Your giving me a headache-"

"Shut up Monty"

"Hey! Let's not be rude now"

To Freddy's dismay, Roxy and Monty soon started a bickering match with each other. Chica tried calming them down with Freddy's help but alas, Roxy wouldn't let Monty win and Monty enjoyed the chaos he started.

Suddenly, a white and blue figure burst through the door, the bell of his blue nightcap sounding a frantic jingle that caught everyone's attention as if it were an alarm. Moon gasped and panted like he was out of breath which he was.

"Emergency! Code purple!"

When the words 'Code purple' hastily sprewed from Moon's mouth, the glamrocks eyeballed him with a sense of fear and dread creeping up their endos.

Code purple meant one thing.... another missing person.

You see for.. five months now there had been disappearances of Fazbear employees,nobody knows why or how.Fazbear Entertainment has buried these less then desirable incidents but told the animatronics to survey for suspicious activity.

Now back to the situation at hand. Roxanne appeared to be trying to get Moon to mellow down while Chica gazed at nothingness, definitely frightened. Monty punched a hole in the wall and Freddy was telling him that violence wasn't going to solve anything.

After Moon caught his breath he collapsed next to Chica on the couch, causing the Chicken to jolt back to reality and shift away. Chica,Monty,Freddy and Roxanne gathered around the very distressed Moon as he spoke.

"Yesterday Sun went to look around the pizzaplex for a plushie he left somewhere or to do something because he was b-bored?i d-don't know- but he didn't come back and I've looked for him everywhere but i can't find him!"

Monty let out a frustrated sigh as he snarled at Moon.

"Maybe your dumbass didn't look well enough"

Roxanne kicked Monty's ankle hard enough for him to lose balance. Roxanne took a deep breath and slowly sat down to Moon, putting a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"As much as it pains me to do this,i might have to kinda agree with Monty here. Are you sure you he's not in the pizzaplex?"

Moon shook his head in disagreement.

"He didn't show up to work today either, you know how much he loves the kids!"

Both Monty and Roxanne couldn't disagree with that. Sun hadn't willingly missed a day of playing with the kiddos in ten years

Roxy then suggested something else.

"Have you checked the cameras?"

"Yeah and that's another reason why I'm here"

Moon moved to the middle of the couch, plucking Chica's laptop from it's place on the messy table. Upon opening the laptop,his fingers flew across the keyboard hacking into the security camera feed.

"What the fuck is that?"

Roxanne stared at the screen with a puzzled expression. Moon with the same on his face though more calculating, almost like he was trying to figure what he was looking at, which he was.

Shots of footage were glitched to hell and back. Purple static covering everything.

"Someone tampered with the footage"

"No shit sherlock,what's next the sky's blue?or-"

Chica smaked Monty in the back of his head.

"Shut up Monty!"

Moon coughed to gain everyone's attention.

"As I was saying, i need help to find Sun."

"I was wondering if Sun mentioned anything to you guys about strange things or I don't know... running away or leaving the pizzaplex"

"Nope"

"No"

"Why the fuck would he talk to me about anything?"

Roxanne seemed to be thinking for a moment. Mind cycling through when she last spoke to Sun.

"He said that he felt like someone was watching him..."

Moon and the glamrocks' heads snapped towards Roxanne.

"Like who?"

Moon's speech was slow,A hint of underlying nervousness at this information was as clear as day.

"He didn't know who"

Roxy leaned against the couch. She felt guilty, I mean what best friend let's their bestie for ten whole years explore a place where disappearances seem to be spreading like a bad cold,by themselves?!

Especially snice Sun told her that he felt uneasy, to put it lightly.

"Hello? Earth to Roxanne?"

Roxy let out a pained sigh, clamping her hands over her eyes.

"Sorry, it's just- what if the person who's been behind all these disappearances went after Sun?"

......... The room filled with an uncomfortable silence as the glamrocks and the very internally panicked daycare attendant registered Roxy's suggestion. It was a possibility they couldn't ignore for certain, but as well as a possibility that they wish they could rule out immediately and throw away in a rubbish bin.

Roxanne shifted in her seat, Moon was holding the world's most intense staring contest with the static,purple screen of the pink and white laptop. Monty huffed and grunted, his claws digging holes in Chica's couch while Freddy crossed his arms and looked down at the vibrant,carpet covered floor as he tapped his foot rhythmicly. Chica curled herself in a ball and let out soft,pained noises as if she were a dying animal.

"Sorry-"

"No"

Moon let a defeated groan before he interrupted her. It was so sharp that it could probably cut an apple in half.

"You're not wrong for saying a very.."

Moon exhaled,which came out shaky and uneven. Roxy placed her hand on his shoulder again, she may have suggested it but the idea of poor, naive, childish Sun being abducted or maybe even slaughtered like a pig in a butcher shop, phased her in undescribable ways.

I mean, who ever wants to think of their closest- no, their best friend In a situation like that? Certainly not Roxanne that's for sure. It sent shivers up her spine thinking about how horrifited and alone and panicked Sun might've been feeling in that moment.

She was snapped out of her thoughts though as Moon gently placed his hand on hers, rubbing his thumb over her hand in a comforting motion. Giving her a small yet sorrowful smile which she immediately returned. Moon quickly mouthed the words 'thank you' before clearing his throat and continuing his sentence.

"Possible idea that could very well be what happened"

The glamrocks settled down, their focus directing back to Moon.

"What do we do?"

Freddy spoke up, his voice serious and anxious.

"We-"

"How do we find him?"

Chica added on,sounding desperate and a little hopeful. She said it so loud Moon had clamped his hands over his audio sensors, wincing slightly.

"What if you can't find him?"

Monty mumbled under his breath, glaring daggers into Moon's back, causing Moon to slightly curl in on himself. The question hit him harder then he'd like to admit.....

Roxanne spoke up, giving Moon's hand a gentle squeeze, it was like unspoken words between them.

'i got your back' , a powerful, wordless oath that bonded them together.

"Guys please, I get it, your worried about Sun" , Roxy interjected "I am too but we need to remain low-key, panic will do only do us a disservice."

Freddy took a blustering stomp forward. Unintentionally shoving Chica and Monty. His voice

was sharp-edged and booming. Challenging Roxanne's advice and approach to Sun's disappearance.

"No! You can't possibly be demanding we remain calm in a situation like this!"

Chica was latched onto Freddy's right arm with an apprehensive stance while Monty stood tall and ill-tempered on Freddy's left, his expression hawkish and clear-cut.

"That's not what I'm saying, I just believe that we need to think with a senseable and trustworthy mindset so we don't end up making rash or stupid decisions that could lead to more people getting harmed!"

Roxy pointed out, her voice raised, appalled by Freddy's outburst.

Moon always idolized Roxanne's ability to be stormless and resourceful in these types of situations. Always quick to bite the bullet and provide solace to him and Sun. Moon felt lucky to have such a close friend like her in his life, god sure knows Sun would've been a mess right now..

A deafing shout interrupted Moon's admiration of Roxanne.

"No! We need to act now or else Sun could be dead!"

Monty bared his teeth, eyes as red as a fresh rose frowning in a furious scowl.

"If we act now without a plan we all could die!"

"Says the bitch who let Sun go in the first place.."

The silence that followed carried volumes upon volumes of unspoken blame.

Roxanne watched as Chica,Monty and Freddy as they averted her stare. She couldn't believe it, they actually think it's her fault?

"Just ignore them, they need some time to level-out" ,Moon assured "our main focus should be finding Sun."

Chica glanced up at Roxanne, reaching her hand out and cupping her hand in both of hers.

"Your right, we need to think with clear heads."

Chica's baby blue eyes looked deep at Roxy's amber eyes.

"But right now, i think we need time to calm down and settle ourselves"

Roxy stared at Chica, occasionally glimpsing at Moon to see how he was holding up.

After a few minutes of silence, she spoke up.

"Yeah that's right" , Roxanne's voice was cracked and tired "we need time to process everything, we should wait a bit to see if Sun appears again."

Roxy stood up, letting go of Chica's hands. She inched across the room, Moon quickly following suit.

"Im going to get some air"

Roxy announced.

"I'll come with you"

Moon replied.

They sauntered through the pizzaplex, making their way to the fazcade.

Moon and Roxanne had made it to the second floor. Roxy leaned over the railing, surveying everything beneath her, Moon joining her. It was silent but a comfortable, enjoyable silence. Till it was broken.

"Let's do it"

Moon exclaimed with vigor.

"Do what?"

Roxanne aquired, turning to look at Moon. Her head titled as she arched a brow, her mouth creeping into slow smirk.

"Let's find my brother and your best friend!"

Moon held out his hand, the neon lights casting a entrancing glow on his face.

"Another episode of Moon and Roxanne's shenanigans?"

Roxy gripped Moon's hand, shaking it.

"lets find our Sun"

'Nightmares and Questions'

The wind made sounds as if multiple voices were whispering at once. Cars sped up and down highways and streets in a bustling hurry. Rain poured heavily like it was in a wild,intense rage as loud as repeated gunshots.

In other words, it was the perfect,gloomy day we all know and love, or well, atleast I love the sound of rain. Especially at nighttime, oh how jealous I am of our brave protag enjoying the calming noise, it can be quite enchanting to fall asleep to.

But this isn't about me nor are you here to read my 'woes' or interests, you're here for the mystery of Sun's disappearance, what happened to him, Roxanne and Moon's search for the truth and how it will turn it out. Will they find the loveable ray of sunlight? Or will it all end up in a burning pile of ash and smoke?

You've come back for more so I assume you're just as curious as Moon and Roxanne and luckily for you, you're in the safest spot to ease that curious,compelling mind of yours! Let's continue forth on this bloody path of truth.

The tick and tok of the analog clock on a midnight blue wall of a security office would drive most insane after listening to it for too long.

Not Roxanne and Moon however, to them the noises were just that, noise. Quite insufferable noise but still just plain,boring noise none the less.

Roxanne skimmed through footage while Moon examined map after map after map of the pizzaplex, 'maybe Sun just got lost?' Is what he told himself for five hours.

"Found anything?"

Roxanne spun around in the office chair, tracking Moon as he shuffled through papers in a frantic motion.

"Not as yet"

Moon admitted, his shoulders slumped in exhaustion and disappointment.

Where could Sun have gone? That was the question of the day.

"Moon there's nothing here" ,Roxanne blurted out "we should take a break and get some rest"

Moon let out a shout as he kicked a metal cabinet over, files, documents, contracts and records spilling across the floor.

Moon leaned against a wall, slowly sliding down onto the floor. His baby blue eyes gazed at nothingness.

Roxanne jumped at the sudden act of aggression coming from Moon.

Sure Moon had a history of having violent tendencies but Sun said that Moon was getting better at controlling them.

Roxanne treaded carefully towards Moon, flopping down next to him.

"You know we won't find Sun in the span of-"

Roxanne glanced at the clock, tick tok, tick tok.

"The time is one o'clock in the morning!" , announced the offending clock

"Five hours?"

Roxanne processed. To her it felt as though an eternality passed in this boring,old office with that rude clock hanging on the wall.

"...."

"I think im starting to hear things now"

Moon concluded, squinting his eyes at that STUPID clock.

"Me too"

Roxanne added, joining Moon with squinting at the clock.

tick tok, tick tok, tick tok, tick tok, tick tok

The chime of the clock never stops

Tick tok, Tick tok, Tick tok ,Tick tok, Tick tok

The hands will turn and never stop

Tick Tok, Tick Tok, Tick Tok, Tick Tok, Tick Tok.

The numbers on the clock started to melt, dripping onto the hard floor.

Roxanne could barely believe her eyes, she blinked and-

Bang!

Suddenly the once office space was twisting into shapes and colors. Vibrant hues of Ruby red, Purple, Hot pink, Lime green and bright blue danced with each other while circles, squares, triangles, diamonds and stars clashed and fought.

Roxanne jolted at the sight, looking at Moon to see if he was seeing it too but to her horror, Moon had disappeared.

"Moon? Moon where are you?!"

Roxanne called out desperately, leaping onto her feet as she clutched the sleeve of her fuzzy, glittery,dark scarlet jacket.

The numbers had formed a gooey version of someone familiar, someone who Roxanne had forgotten, someone who was quite dear to her.

The inky,black figure sprouted two more arms out of its torso?waist? Hard to tell.

The figure soon formed a mouth, it's sharp teeth giving Roxanne quite a scare. It made noises as though it was a infant or it was choking on a piece of bread.

Roxanne could only dechiper a few of it's words.

"The-.. pendant $#%^;;& will brin□■》you back t○ $ɛ"

"Y#% wi&* ♤♡ND w●a^ y●ű'řĕ l00kịņgʻ føŕ"

The figure seerched in agony, causing Roxanne to cover her ears and collapse onto the floor.

She breathed heavily, her vision getting blurry as hot tears flowed down her cheeks like a river.

"Stop,Shut up, this isn't real,this isn't real,this isn't real,this isn't real,this isn't real,this isn't real,this isn't real,this isn't real,this isn't real,THIS ISN'T REAL!"

Roxanne screamed as the figure crawled closer and closer till it was right infront of her. The figure gently cupped Roxanne's cheek and forced her to face it.

It spoke again, this time Roxanne could understand it's words much clearer.

"Your pendant is the key, remember your past and you'll find the person who you love most"

The figure clutched Roxanne's pendant in it's hand,getting it's ink on the black and orange, eclipse jewel. Well atleast Roxanne had always considered it a jewel, it was always precious to her.

Roxanne tilted her head, cautiously she gripped her pendant and yanked it from the creature's grasp. Roxy peered at the jewel, she was quite bewildered at the situation at hand.

Turning her head to eye the creature, Roxanne was shocked to see the creature had vanished.

Roxanne's vision started to get blurry, a distorted,echoing voice rang loudly in her ears.

The pain was overwhelming, the colours spun round and round.

Round and round, swirling and swirling, it was difficult to focus.

The more agony Roxanne felt, the more comprehenable the voice got though it sounded faint.

"Wake up.. wake up .. wake up .. wake up"

"Roxanne? ... Roxanne wake up.."

Unexpectedly the voice got deafening and sharp, like someone was yelling in Roxanne's ear.

Roxanne's eyes shot open as her back violently hit the back of the spinny office chair, sending her toppling on the ground.

"Holy shit! Roxanne are you okay?What happened?"

Moon gasped as he knelt down next to Roxanne's side to try and aid her.

Roxanne groaned and pulled herself up, leaning on the security desk for support.

Roxanne panted heavily as she frantically scanned the room with her eyes.

"It wasn't real? Of course it wasn't- but it felt real? Was it real? Was it just a dream? Is this still a dream? How do I wake up?"

Moon moved in front of Roxanne, blocking her view.

Moon gripped her shoulders roughly, slightly shaking her in hopes of snapping Roxanne out of her daze.

"Roxy, It was just a dream-"

"It wasn't just a dream!"

Roxanne argued, greasy, honey coloured residue stained her cheeks from her tears while more tears threatened to pour as she violently sobbed.

"Hey listen to me, it was nightmare, an extremely bad nightmare that startled you but it's okay, whatever terrible situation that occurred in that nightmare is fiction, it isn't real, this is real"

Moon waves his hands to the space surrounding them in a calm gesture before taking Roxanne's hands in his.

"Everything is going to be okay, im here, just focus on my voice" , Moon let go of Roxanne's hands instead wrapping his arms around her in a comforting hug "on my touch, on my warmth, everything is fine, everything is alright"

After a couple of minutes, Roxanne's sobs slowly restorted to snivels, quite pathetic and childish snivels- OW! Nevermind jeez sorry couldn't help myself.

Moon pulls away from the hug, taking Roxanne's hand back in his grasp.

"I think we've spent enough time in this drape office" , Moon claimed, his voice loving and soft "do you want to grab breakfast? We have to start work soon in an hour, we could probably use the fuel."

Moon joked, they could eat but it didn't really do anything for them except give them a sense of comfort and normalcy.

If Roxanne didn't pride herself in her work as an entertainer, she would've agreed to Moon's offer, gotten herself a taco or burrito from El Chips, took a needed break.

But that's not something Roxanne could afford to do at the moment, she owes it to kids to give her best and give a good example of a proper work ethic afterall, what lazy, unprofessional asshole would she be if she didn't?

Though that's not fully the reason why she works so hard, a part of her deep down is horrifited of being scrapped by Fazbear, that part of her knows first-hand what being scrapped can do to an animatronic and it's loved ones, she doesn't want to relive that again.

Heh, it's funny how poor, loyal Roxanne has forgotten so much of the past, her past to be specific.

Anyways, Roxanne tensed when the words came from Moon's mouth.

"Work so soon?! I have to get ready!"

It didn't take long for Roxanne to start panicking.

"I have to redo my makeup and brush my hair and i have to meet up with the other glamrocks for sound check!"

Roxanne pulled her hand from Moon's grip and shoved all her belongings that sat messily and unorganized on the security desk into her glitterly,black and red, silk purse.

"Meet up with you later at the daycare?"

Moon questioned, crossing his arms over his chest as he smirked playfully at Roxanne.

"Of course, Sun is our top priority"

Roxanne confirmed before she ran through the door and bolted to her room in Rockstar Row.

In her mind, all her focus was on her biazzare nightmare, mainly one part of her nightmare.

In Roxanne's mind, a singular question cycled around in her head.

What does her pendant have to do with finding Sun?
