International Women’s Day: A Playlist To Get You Motivated
#MQOTD: “To all of the little girls watching this, never doubt that you are valuable and powerful and deserving of every chance and opportunity in the world to pursue and achieve your dreams.” -Hillary Clinton
Happy International Women’s Day!! International Women’s Day, in my words, is a day where women can celebrate who we are as a gender and be empowering. If you're looking for a motivational post for this spectacular day, you have come to the right place!!
A playlist by me that includes the full Women’s March, a very good PLL and Vanity Fair lie detector test where Troian sneaks in something at the end, Michelle Obama, and Malala <33 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLu-TJhb-evMxKTtVcdoDyjLjw8xRJmvHZ

Hey guys! So me being a huge nerd about motivating and helping others, I wanted to start this thing in my posts where I have motivational quotes at the end of posts. Whether it be song lyrics, poem couplets, or maybe whole short story links that you can read, it can be anything. Of course there are many quotes, but I want your ideas too! I have a submit page in the menu (top left!) so I’ll be taking quotes from you guys as well. This has been a quick post, so I’ll post something later as well. Hope you guys are having a good day!!

High School Life: Courses (Part 1)
Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of posting, the closing for my current play was last weekend and I couldn’t be happier to be free. Right now I’m on Spring Long Weekend, or Easter Break, and I am planning on getting back into the groove of things with the first High School Life post!
So this post is going to be all about the courses I am planning to take during my freshman year of high school. I have picked my courses that I want to take, I just need to see where I am placed, so that should be coming either next month or during summer. For right now though, I will be sharing with you guys what I want to be taking in high school and how I plan to meet the graduation requirements in all four years of my high school.
For English, all of the freshmen go into English 1. I shadowed this class on one of my two visit days and it seemed like they do a lot of vocabulary, grammar, and reading during this class. I plan on using a vocabulary journal (like studyign) and a binder to organize all of my homework and notes, with dividers going by each unit, and a handmade divider dividing notes and homework, going by date.
For History, all of freshmen are required to take Roots of the Modern World, a course that has the Crusades, Mesopotamia, etc. I also shadowed this class during my second visit day and it seems like every student uses their computer for notes. I will probably go with this as well and do my notes in Google Docs, as my school provides a google account with Drive, Classroom, etc. What better way to take advantage of this other than making sure I have all of my notes in one place?
For Language, you are required to take Level 3 of your chosen language before you graduate and you can go into Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish, and Latin. I plan on taking Chinese 2 when I go up to the high school because I’ve been taking Chinese 1 the past two years. When I go up to Chinese 2 I plan on using a vocabulary journal like English with a journal because I want to practice writing the characters so I get them down.
For Math as a freshman at my high school, you can either go into Algebra or Algebra/Geometry Honors, and those lead you down seperate courses in the math section. For me, Math is my weakest subject so I am probably going to go into Algebra (the lower level of math for freshmen) with an open mind, ready to learn. I plan on using a graph paper notebook for everything, with notes and homework not seperated so if I need to review or practice, everything is right there.
For Science, freshmen can either go into Biology (the higher level) or Earth and Environmental Science. I plan on going into Biology but the Science Department has to review my grades and talk to my teacher (who hates me) so just incase, I am prepping myself to go into Earth and Evironmental Science. For those two courses, I will probably carry a binder with loose leaf paper being used for notes and homework sheets if need be.
And that’s about it! I will probably make sure I post Part 2 during the summer because then I will have my actual course list and an idea of what I’ll be doing. Wish me luck!

Day 2: Favorite Teacher and Why?
Day 2: Favorite Teacher and Why?
Hey guys! Today’s question is favorite teacher and why. I would probably have to choose my English teacher. Why? I don’t know.
