Child Noor was adorable 💜 I still need to draw Velya with her as a baby.
Velya was a very affectionate mother, but strict and somewhat paranoid.
Noor loved Christmas lights, unique lamps, and lanterns, but V kept her away from many artificial light sources for fear that Noor might access her gifts too early.
V was just as traumatized as Abe and also slept with a weapon nearby.
Even though she knew she shouldn't, V would get updates on Noor after she had to leave her behind.
Noor would sometimes catch glimpses of V, but Velya always fled when spotted, making Noor think she had imagined it all. . Noor had no idea she had been adopted by V until she was old enough to discover the truth. . V didn't intend to become Noor's mother, but when she saw little baby Noor, she decided she would do it anyway.
Abe was Velya's main source of information regarding Noor's situation.
Velya created several loops in America to help refugee peculiars; she was even the one who created the loop Horatio mentions in The Desolations of Devil's Acre.
V was the one who erased Franklin's memory when he was a child, and she was the one who erased the memories of civilians during the Hollow Hunters' operations.
