Looks can be deceiving, just ask Katya, er, Sasha. They know all about it. The Katya Kaminski Braddock knew and loved is dead. In her place stands Sasha Romanov, a shapeshifter with the rare ability to change their human form and break any rule they wish without leaving a trace they were ever there. It didn’t take long for a demon to catch on to the schemes they were pulling and coerced them into a job to ensure their continued grifting in safety. The job took an unforeseen turn when Katya ended up dead and Sasha was forced to take her place indefinitely. After years in Katya’s form, Sasha can feel themselves losing their real identity. Will they be stuck as Katya Kaminski forever?

The last thing Henry remembered was the tank–more specifically, the crack and shock wave it emitted as it fired death Henry’s way. After that, total darkness–and then light. Consumed with the initial vampiric bloodlust, Henry had no time to wonder or concern himself with who saved him and why. He had a new battle of survival to undertake. A calling brought him to Braddock, but it’s blackmail that’s keeping him there.

A realist through and through, Christine wore it as a badge of pride when her sister came to her with dreams of supposed ‘past lives’ she had led. Christine brushed it off as her overactive imagination, because more likely than not, that’s all it was. It wasn’t until Christine began to have the same dreams that she realized her sister might be on to something. Against her better judgement, Christine pursued the subject and came face-to-photo with a woman bearing her face from at least one-hundred years ago. How is that even possible?
