You know, Clabastian happening would be hilarious, solely because: imagine you're JOCELYN and you thought your SON died, but turns out he didn't and now he's in love with your DAUGHTER/his SISTER who was previously in love with another guy who she thought was her BROTHER but now she's in love with her actual demon-blooded BROTHER. And your SON hates you and your BOYFRIEND, who is a werewolf and was once your HUSBAND'S magical BROTHER, but stands you two purely because he loves your DAUGHTER/his SISTER. And you are planning your wedding while your CHILDREN make out in the background.

When I first read the books, I always really liked how desperate Sebastian was for Clary. Like, even though she hated him, he really couldn't care less. I think that's so romantic. And the way that he would pull strings while they were travelling around. Like knowing that she was using her ring to communicate. And taking anything that she could have used to write stuff down with. And saying all of that stuff about how Jace would spend the rest of his life, thinking that she liked her breakfast done a certain way. I don't know how to describe it.
