One scene that is stuck in my head form a bunny fanfic, is Kenny disappearing after 2 years and coming back- when he does he goes to Stan and Kyle too ashamed to confront butters after missing for 2 years (when Kenny went missing butters was in a VERY difficult place in his life and he had no one after Kenny left). With some reassuring from the entire friend group Kenny goes to see butters again. When they arrive at the apartment Kenny hides behind Stan and Kyle trying still shaking. Butters opens the door, catches a whiff of blond hair, grabs Stan and Kyle by their shoulders and PUSHES THEM AWAY LIKE CURTAINS and when he sees Kenny he freaking JUMPS HIM.
Meanwhile in bunny fics where butters goes missing, there is always this scene where Kenny thinks he sees butters in a crowd and after chasing him, he comes to terms that it was all just a part of his imagination.
