Character analysis that nobody asked for:
Morden and Allanon
Okay, so this came to me while I was thinking hard about something and...lowkey? Allanon and Morden seem like parallels of one another. At least unintentionally (maybe there's also a bias of how I perceive and write them)
I want to point out the similarities. Both of them lose someone important to them (Morden lost Tucker, Allanon lost Liara), shit happens that causes both to no longer be the same people they were before (Morden becomes more closed off from Silas/Player and co and Allanon practically becomes more violent and reactive from Mageskin disease), both were affected by the Order in some way (Morden outright being experimented and Allanon getting stabbed and poisoned with agraveritae(?))
Now, they're not exactly similar. Morden is more self reserved and introverted, while Allanon is slightly more extroverted-ish and open (also Allanon quite literally tries to take down Skyhall during his Mageskin induced frenzy while Morden actively avoids fighting). But they're kind of similar enough in experiences that they seem a bit paralel-ish. At least to me
Although I think maybe Allanon and Revon would pair better to some extent, but Revon isn't a descendant of a god (I think, we don't really know much about the Caesar family besides Nero and family's genocides against Winterveil). Maybe I'm also grasping at straws cuz there hasn't been any AO content in a while
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read eitherway
