Criminal Minds 10x16 Lockdown
Rewatching the show and once again feeling such intense pain that Morcia is not canon
There are so many blatant obvious moments showing how they were perfect for each other, but I just finished rewatching Sex, Birth, Death and right after Nathan Harris's suicide attempt, he is right there for her and in the last moments of the episode, they walk off screen together as if they're going home together - as if he is her comfort to decompress after such a traumatic event. It's not at all the focus, but it feels so natural for them
WHY WERE THEY NOT CANON?!?!?!
(I mean realistically I know why - a combination of fatphobia and racism and Shemar Moore leaving the show, but uuuugh ugh ugh it hurts. Tbh I wish that they would have made Morcia canon around like Season 4 and then killed Derek off if Shemar had to leave the show - leave Garcia as a hot widow who can learn to love again rather than dangling this perfect ship in front of me and then never making it happen.)
Rewatching Criminal Minds and I've decided it is a CRIME that the writers didn't get Garcia and Morgan together. MAN COME ON THEY WERE PERFECT FOR EACH OTHER.
