Windelov + Mopani
Just picked up a couple of necessities.
I just added a big piece of mopani wood to Saphris‘ tank! I hope the tannins help with the hard, basic water! Also help his fins? I really like how the scape is turning out too!! 🐉✨❤️
Divided 20 gallon long, now planted. Stocked with two male bettas, one nerite (now named Pinball!), and three ghost shrimp. All leaves are oak, all pieces of driftwood at mopani roots. The roots were dremeled down for the bettas’ safety. It’s a bit of a mess, but I kind of like it! c: Plant list below.
Anubias frazeri/congensis, nana, and barteri? Not totally sure on those, I’ve had them for a while.
Vallisneria sp.
Cryptocoryne parva, spiralis, wendtii and lutea? Again, not sure on those names.
Pennywort, some form.
Amazon Sword
Unknown stem plant, may be some form of Ammennia?
Dwarf Water Lettuce

One Sunny Afternoon. by Phil Newton Via Flickr: African Elephant. Mopani, Kruger National Park, South Africa.
Limpopo, South Africa
Late yesterday afternoon there was a herd of Impala feeding on a ridge just after sunset. The colours screamed for me to try and take a photograph.
