Transforming also means integrating your energy of grief, hurt, pain , sadness and anger, as they are inherent part of our electric, sentient Interbeing within the Cosmic Womb. Ignoring these energies means blocking our energy. The more you ignore them, the more you ignore yourself, the more you run in circles. Life is not a circle though.
