This is a part of a longer conversation, but this is the best part and it honestly makes me both bust a lung laughing while simultaneously cringing and dying inside. I’m not sure if this particular person is trolling or actually genuine, but given some of the strange and obsessive people I have met on dA, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if it was.
Here’s a reminder of why dA is considered an internet cesspool HAHAHAHA

As my usual greetings, since I miss greeting individually all the time....hello, hello, I hope you enjoy your stay! eue
Anyways, in celebration of 100 followers, I will be holding an art raffle! This is my first raffle ever, so...hopefully it is nice. Anyways, one lucky winner will get full-scale painting-styled drawing. (Link for conveniece)
This drawing will be one full body character only! I'm sorry for my followers who don't have any characters or don't care for my art, but if you do....8''''D
RULES:
You MUST be following me.
You are allowed ONE reblog. Likes do not count.
Reblog with a character you'd like me to draw! Keep in mind that I draw primarily original characters and will not take explicit content requests.
Please use main blogs.
I will compile names of rebloggers and then draw a name out of a cup of paper slips since I am old fashioned. That person will be the winner of the full scale painting.
I will end reblogs in one week, January 25th, @ 12:00a.m. Arizona Time!
Okay I will now do my ever-so-not-typical-of-myself Legend of Korra gag for the last four episodes. I did this for the premiere as well....so I guess I'll do one for the finale. Here we go, and I'm really sorry if you may disagree or be offended, but please remember that these are my personal speculations, and you by no means have to agree with me!
Click "Read More, and beware, there are spoilers if you haven't seen episodes 11-14.
Of course, Book 2 had its major downsides as well, some of which are in the last four episodes. Most of Book 2's flaws were in episodes preceding "Beginnings Part 1 and Part 2" so I won't even get into that, since the problem there in a nutshell was a bunch of weird, too-much-in-too-little-time stuff that I just ended up going "what" at with. Well, besides the frankly terrible beginning character behavior in the first 5 episodes, but I still had faith in the show so I kept watching.
In regards to the last four episodes....
I didn't like how Asami just disappeared after Korra and etc. enter the Spirit World, mostly because I legitimately like her and she's a more realistic character in my eyes than some others. I was kind of sad to see her involvement end right there. Another downturn for me was that the love stuff comes back a bit. I know I'm a big ship-scrooge in general and really dislike pairings that either don't work well or are non-canon (especially if they make no sense), but that was the worst thing about the show, Book 1 and Book 2 alike.
It always seemed forced and frankly, plain old....bad. I was actually glad Mako and Korra's relationship didn't work out...no offense to people who do like shippings and all, especially Makorra, but for me Avatar works best without love triangles and love drama, especially since it feels forced in Legend of Korra. Perhaps the character development would work better as the series progresses without the constant demand for such relationships considering it is the great weak point of the show. I suppose on that, in any sense of shippings, I think Asami deserves someone if anyone should get a boyfriend or girlfriend....Korra, well, her character writing doesn't work well for a relationship and she'd probably grow better without one.
Of course, I won't address Bolin and Mako much...since in all fairness in terms of my own personal opinion, they weren't the characters I was fond of in Book 2. They didn't really grab me in Book 1 either....so I guess that's why I'm not as deeply disappointed as others are with their character plots, although everyone says they had shortcomings in Book 2. Mako made sense until the end of the season. Bolin was cute but he's not my kind of character, so I can't say much on him except for him being subject to odd changes of character.....
The finale was great overall until I literally sat in my chair doing this at giant Unalaq-Vaatu and giant Korra:
I would've preferred a more true to the first series or else "Beginnings" kind of save. You know, WOOO Avatar Korra kind of stuff where she beats Unalaq up like Wan did....glowy eyes yet still himself. No....giant.....spirits. Unalaq turning into a dark spirit was a bit weird though.... why wouldn't he just stay all red-eyed dark Avatar...? Considering it's just a dark version of Raava fusing with Wan, and Wan didn't turn into a giant Light Spirit thing, it doesn't make much sense.I kinda chose to go "okay" and continue on that, but Korra going "I AM A GIANT COSMIC ENERGY BEING NOW" (in my language, not accurately to the finale....) was....
Yeah, I would've preferred more lovely intense fighting with Korra as herself over that power hack.
Needless to say, I'm really wondering what will happen for Book 3, considering how saddened I am about the past-live connection being lost while internally rejoicing at possibly less love-stuff.
I can say I liked this finale more than "Endgame" overall by a long shot despite the above flaws.
Thanks for your time to read that LOOONGGGGG post of ramblings by me in a half-asleep, half delirious state.
